Salon and Spa Policies
Cancellation policy: In consideration of our service providers and other guests, we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice for salon and spa services. For Spa packages and group events we ask for 48 hour notice of cancellation. If you fail to cancel within the appropriate time, or do not show up for your appointment, you may be asked to pay in advance in the future.
Late Arriving Guest Policy: To ensure an excellent experience, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment due to the consideration of our next guest.
Gift Certificates Policy: J L Eden gift certificates expire 1 year after purchase.
Military Discount: At J.L. Eden we appreciate our service men and women and proudly offer the 10% Military Discount to the service member and their spouse everyday of the week.
Redo Policy: At J.L. Eden we stand behind all our spa and salon services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service please let us know within a week so we can fix the situation.
Children’s Policy: For the consideration of our spa guests, no children are allowed upstairs at any time unless they are receiving a spa service. Children accompanying their parents for a salon service need to be accompanied by another adult who is not receiving a service.
Cellular Phone Policy: Upon entering the salon and spa please place your cell phone on vibrate or silent in consideration of other guests. |
